BLESSED TO HAVE YOUR WORDS

Tehillim (Psalms) 119:130 The unfolding of your words gives light; it imparts understanding to the simple.

How great is it that the reading or unfolding of His words give's us the ability (light) to see, what way we are to go, what we are to do and how we are to go about living life unto Him.

Tehillim (Psalms) 119:105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. 106 I have sworn, and I confirm, To guard Your righteous right-rulings. 107 I have been afflicted very much; O יהוה, revive me according to Your word. 108 Please accept the voluntary offerings Of my mouth, O יהוה, And teach me Your right-rulings. 109 My life is in my hand continually, And Your Torah I have not forgotten.

This then gives us understanding "it’s Yahovah's words imparts understanding". Not created sermons from out of Yahovah's word. Let's allow scripture to go forth and let them teach us, let's meditate on them day and night like His servant David.

Tehillim (Psalms) 119:97 97 Mem O how I love Your Torah! It is my study all day long.

Remember that David was but a young man caring for the family's flock of sheep, a "simple young man" And what he was meditating on the Torah as he writes in Psalms 119:97 "Oh how I love your Torah", that is what David had to meditate on was Yahovah's instructions, His Torah and His Laws or “right-rulings”

Yeshayah (Isaiah) 66:2 “And all these My hand has made, and all these that exist,” declares יהוה. “Yet to such a one I look: on him who is poor and bruised of spirit, and who trembles at My Word.

So if it's Yahovah's word that gives us light, impart's understanding "even to the simple", then we should do as his word says

Tehillim (Psalms) 1:1 Blessed is the man who shall not walk in the counsel of the wrong, And shall not stand in the path of sinners, And shall not sit in the seat of scoffers, 2 But his delight is in the Torah of יהוה, And he meditates in His Torah day and night. 3 For he shall be as a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That yields its fruit in its season, And whose leaf does not wither, And whatever he does prospers. 4 The wrong are not so, But are like the chaff which the wind blows away. 5 Therefore the wrong shall not rise in the judgment, Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. 6 For יהוה knows the way of the righteous, But the way of the wrong comes to naught.

Then shouldn't we love ALL of Yahovah's words? More than anything?

Tehillim (Psalms) 119:142 Your righteousness is righteousness forever, And Your Torah is truth.

How blessed are we to have His words! All of them not just some of them! Let's not forget and cherish the fact that we have ALL of them today!

Tehillim (Psalms) 119:162 I rejoice at Your word As one who finds great treasure. 163 I have hated falsehood and loathe it, Your Torah I have loved. 164 I have praised You seven times a day, Because of Your righteous right-rulings. 165 Great peace have those loving Your Torah, And for them there is no stumbling-block. 166 יהוה, I have waited for Your deliverance, And I have done Your commands. 167 My being has guarded Your witnesses, And I love them exceedingly.

Tehillim (Psalms) 119:174 I have longed for Your deliverance, O יהוה, And Your Torah is my delight. 175 My being lives, and it praises You; And Your right-rulings help me. 176 I have strayed like a lost sheep; Seek Your servant, For I have not forgotten Your commands.

Yeshayah (Isaiah) 40:8“ Grass shall wither, the flower shall fade, but the Word of our Elohim (God) stands forever.”

Tehillim (Psalms) 119:18 Open my eyes, that I might see Wonders from Your Torah.

Pray that Yahovah opens our eyes to see all his wonderful words.
