UN-BLINDED FROM THE DOCTRINE OF MEN
Mattithyahu (Matthew) 7:24 “Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25 And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock. 26 And everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand.27 And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell, and great was the fall of it.”
Scripture has revealed to me that the house that I was building was on the sand “the sand being the doctrine’s and teachings of men” not on the cornerstone or “the rock” that is known know in scripture "The Rock" is Yeshua Messiah Yahovah the creator in the flesh.
Deḇarim (Deuteronomy) 32:1 “Give ear, O heavens, and let me speak; And hear, O earth, The words of my mouth. 2 “Let my instruction fall as rain, My speech drop down as dew, As fine rain on the tender plants, And as showers on the grass. 3 “For I proclaim the Name of יהוה (Yahovah), Ascribe greatness to our Elohim. 4 “The Rock! His work is perfect, For all His ways are right-ruling, An Ěl of truth and without unrighteousness, Righteous and straight is He.
Yoḥanan (John) 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with Elohim, and the Word was Elohim. 2 He was in the beginning with Elohim.
Yoḥanan (John) 1:14 And the Word became flesh and pitched His tent among us, and we saw His esteem, esteem as of an only brought-forth of a father, complete in favour and truth.
My blindness was caused by the listening to the doctrine of men, and that consisted of the man written opinionated sermons and the watering down and mixing of the words of the creator the Elohim (God) of Yisrael “Yahovah is His name” and His sent Son Yeshua Messiah. This blindness was removed over the last 3 years since 2014 by listening to His words by reading the truth (see Psalm 119:142 for the truth) of scripture and the words of Yahovah that is His words and that is all scriptures that are given by the Father and creator master Yahovah.
Tehillim (Psalms) 119:142 Your righteousness is righteousness forever, And Your Torahis truth. (Torah means instructions)
Yoḥanan (John) 17:17 “Set them apart in Your truth – Your Word is truth.
Tehillim (Psalms) 119:151 You are near, O יהוה, And all Your commands are truth.
Tehillim (Psalms) 119:160 The sum of Your word is truth, And all Your righteous right-rulings are forever.
Tehillim (Psalms) 119:165 Great peace have those loving Your Torah, And for them there is no stumbling-block.
Mattithyahu (Matthew) 18:7 “Woe to the world because of stumbling-blocks! For it is necessary that stumbling-blocks come, but woe to that man by whom the stumbling-block comes!
Romiyim (Romans) 9:33 As it has been written, “See, I lay in Tsiyon a Stone of stumbling and a Rock that makes for falling, and everyone who is believing on Him shall not be put to shame.”
Yoḥanan (John) 3:34 “For He whom Elohim (God) has sent speaks the Words of Elohim (God) , for Elohim (God) does not give the Spirit by measure. 35 “The Father loves the Son, and has given all into His hand. 36 He who believes in the Son possesses everlasting life, but he who does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of Elohim (God) remains on him.
Tehillim (Psalms) 119:1-8 1 Aleph Blessed are the perfect in the way, Who walk in the Torah of יהוה ! Blessed 2 are those who observe His witnesses, Who seek Him with all the heart! 3 Yes, they shall do no unrighteousness; They shall walk in His ways. 4 You have commanded us To guard Your orders diligently. 5 Oh, that my ways were established To guard Your laws! 6 Then I would not be ashamed, When I look into all Your commands. 7 I thank You with uprightness of heart, When I learn the right-rulings of Your righteousness. 8 I guard Your laws; Oh, do not leave me entirely!
Listening to the truth the words of His Torah that was given by the Father and then given to Yeshua Messiah (see below Duet 18:18-19) to teach us correctly and to bring us back into His ways by way of us turning back “repentance” to the Father and His ways out of love for who He is, “that is repentance” turning from our ways and turning to His ways. This is what has removed the blindness of false doctrine's and the ways of men. Knowing and learning to know and follow the Son by way of the Fathers words and instructions or Torah, NOT the opinionated sermons and many doctrine's of men. I'm now seeking to follow Yeshua the Messiah and walk as He walked and listening to His words that are the in the Torah the words and instruction or Torah of Yahovah the God and Master of the Universe the Set Apart One the God of His people Yisrael.
Yoḥanan (John) 7:16 יהושע (Yeshua) answered them and said, “My teaching is not Mine, but His who sent Me
Mishlĕ (Proverbs) 4:1 Children, listen to the discipline of a father, And give attention to know understanding; 2 For I gave you good instruction: Do not forsake my Torah.
Deuteronomy 18:18 I shall raise up for them a Prophet (Yeshua/Jesus) like you out of the midst of their brothers. And I shall put My Words in His mouth, and He shall speak to them all that I command Him. 19 And it shall be, the man who does not listen to My Words which He speaks in My Name, I require it of him.
Ma`asei (Acts) 3:22 “For Mosheh truly said to the fathers, ‘יהוה Yahovah your Elohim shall raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brothers. Him you shall hear according to all matters, whatever He says to you. 23 ‘And it shall be that every being who does not hear that Prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.’ 24 “And likewise, all the prophets who have spoken, from Shemu’ĕl and those following, have also announced these days. 25 “You are sons of the prophets, and of the covenant which Elohim made with our fathers, saying to Aḇraham, ‘And in your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed.’ 26“To you first, Elohim, having raised up His Servant יהושע, sent Him to bless you, in turning away each one of you from your wicked ways.”
Ma`asei (Acts) 7:37 “This is the Mosheh who said to the children of Yisra’ĕl, ‘יהוה (Yahovah) your Elohim shall raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brothers. Him you shall hear.’ (see Deu. 18:15) 38 “This is he who was in the assembly in the wilderness with the Messenger who spoke to him on Mount Sinai, and with our fathers, who received the living Words to give to us, 39 unto whom our fathers would not become obedient, but thrust away, and in their hearts they turned back to Mitsrayim,
YESHUA MESSIAH HEALS A MAN BORN BLIND John 9:1-41
John 9:1 And passing by, He saw a man, blind from birth. 2 And His taught ones asked Him, saying, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he should be born blind?” 3 יהושע (Yeshua) answered, “Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but that the works of Elohim might be made manifest in him. 4 “It is necessary for Me to work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day – night is coming, when no one is able to work. 5 “While I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” 6 Having said this, He spat on the ground and made clay with the saliva, and applied the clay to the eyes of the blind man. 7 And He said to him, “Go, wash in the pool of Shiloaḥ" (which means Sent). So he went and washed, and came seeing. 8 Therefore the neighbours and those who saw him before, that he was blind, said, “Is not this he who was sitting and begging?” 9 Others said, “This is he.” Others said, “He is like him.” He said, “I am.” 10 So they said to him, “How were your eyes opened?” 11 He answered and said, “A Man called יהושע (Yeshua) made clay and applied it to my eyes and said to me, ‘Go to the pool of Shiloaḥ and wash.’ And I went and washed, and I received sight.” 12 And they said to him, “Where is He?” He said, “I do not know.” 13 They brought to the Pharisees the one who was once blind. 14 Now it was a Sabbath when יהושע (Yeshua) made the clay and opened his eyes. 15 Therefore the Pharisees also asked him again how he had received his sight. He said to them, “He put clay on my eyes, and I washed, and I see.” 16 Therefore some of the Pharisees said, “This Man is not from Elohim, because He does not guard the Sabbath.” Others said, “How is a man who is a sinner able to do such miracles?” And there was a division among them. 17 So they said to the blind one again, “What do you say about Him because He opened your eyes?” And he said, “He is a prophet.” 18 However, the Yehuḏim did not believe concerning him, that he had been blind and received his sight, till they called the parents of him who had received his sight. 19 And they asked them, saying, “Is this your son, who you say was born blind? How then does he now see?” 20 His parents answered them and said, “We know that this is our son, and that he was born blind, 21 but how he now sees we do not know, or who opened his eyes we do not know. He is of age, ask him, he shall speak concerning himself.” 22 His parents said this because they were afraid of the Yehuḏim, for the Yehuḏim had already agreed that if anyone confessed that He was Messiah, he should be put out of the congregation. 23 Because of this his parents said, “He is of age, ask him.” 24 So for the second time they called the man who was blind, and said to him, “Give esteem to Elohim, we know that this Man is a sinner.” 25 Then he answered and said, “Whether He is a sinner, I do not know. I only know that I was blind, now I see.” 26 And they asked him once more, “What did He do to you? How did He open your eyes?” 27 He answered them, “I have told you already, and you did not hear. Why do you wish to hear it again? Do you wish to become His taught ones too?” 28 Then they abused him and said, “You are His taught one, but we are taught ones of Mosheh. 29 We know that Elohim has spoken to Mosheh, but this One, we do not know where He is from. 30 The man answered and said to them, “Why, this is a wonder! You do not know where He is from, yet He opened my eyes! 31 And we know that Elohim does not hear sinners. But if anyone fears Elohim and does His desire, He hears him. (See footnote at Proverbs. 28:9) 32 “From of old it has never been heard that anyone opened the eyes of one who was born blind. 33 “If this One were not from Elohim, He could have done none at all.” 34 They answered and said to him, “You were completely born in sins – and are you teaching us?” And they cast him out. 35 יהושע (Yeshua) heard that they had cast him out, and when He had found him, He said to him, “Do you believe in the Son of Elohim?” 36 He answered and said, “Who is He, Master, that I might believe in Him?” 37 And יהושע (Yeshua) said to him, “You have both seen Him and He who speaks with you is He.” 38 And he said, “Master, I believe,” and bowed before Him. 39 And יהושע (Yeshua) said, “For judgment I have come into this world, that those not seeing might see, and those seeing might become blind.” 40 And those of the Pharisees who were with Him heard these words, and said to Him, “Are we blind, too?” 41 יהושע (Yeshua) said to them, “If you were blind, you would have no sin, but now you say, ‘We see,’ therefore your sin remains.
Mattithyahu (Matthew) 11:25 At that time יהושע responding, said, “I thank You, Father, Master of the heavens and earth, because You have hidden these matters from clever and learned ones and have revealed them to babes. 26 “Yes, Father, because so it was well-pleasing in Your sight. 27 “All have been handed over to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and he (he is you) to whom the Son wishes to reveal Him (the Father).
We are a Sabbath observant congregation. We are also Torah observant and believe that the teaching and instruction (Torah) of God is His manual to living in His blessing. We are scripturally based, holding the Bible to be the ultimate source of truth. We follow Jesus Christ (Yeshua the Messiah) our Saviour, knowing that whoever keeps His word, in him, truly the love of God is perfected. Demonstrating our faith through obedience to God’s word believing everything laid down in the Torah and prophets; we believe that the commandments are a guardrail to protect us, not a fence to restrict us. We do not teach that we follow Torah FOR salvation; we follow it BECAUSE OF our salvation and faith in its Author.
Ma`asei (Acts) 24:14 “And this I (Paul) confess to you, that according to the Way which they call a sect, so I worship the Elohim of my fathers, believing all that has been written in the Torah and in the Prophets, 15 having an expectation in Elohim (God), which they themselves also wait for, that there is to be a resurrection of the dead, both of the righteous and the unrighteous.
